I'm on a vacation to China with my dad right now. He went to a hydrologist meeting and left me with my grandparents. I'm still young, so my grandparents like to spoil me. Anyways, they bought me some Chinese cookies, and at first I decided I wouldn't eat them. Later on, I felt bad for disappointing them so I ate some and then I got addicted and I had WAAAAAAAAAAY too much. I'm trying to lose weight and I'm really disappointed in myself now. What should I do? Also I need to eat dinner with them later on, and they always try to get me to eat more food.... What to do about that???
Hi thanks for asking question. Explain your family that eating excess is no more helpful. You should remain aware about lifestyle. Don't eat excess. Try to limit fast food and fatty food to minimum. Do regular exercise for 1 to 1.5 hour. Running and jogging is very helpful to burn calory. Fruits taken more. While going to school or college you can use cycle for transportation.
