well ideal body weight is according to height dat we calculate by body mass index (BMI). u must take balanced diet with exercise to maintain ur BMI. u must take fruits, juices, milk, carbohydrate, protein, fat but in balanced way to have ur daily caloric value of 2200-2400 kcal if u r female and upto 2800kcal if u r male. if u want to calculate ur bmi=weight in kg/height into meter square(M2). norml bmi is 18-25. if less than 18 u r underweight if more than 25 to 28 u r owerweight if more than 28 u r then obese
