Suggest Ways Of Reducing A Fat Belly

I have really bad kyphosis. I have had it since kindergarden. I can not ask a family doctor because I have no medical insurance and I cant afford to pay to go to a doctor. I eat healthy, but Im getting a belly pudge. What ab exercises can I SAFELY do without pain?

Dear I can understand your concern for your bad kyphosis and belly pudge .
For you info , Almost all our heath problems are the out come of our low immunity due to our faulty food habits and derailed lifestyle .You need to control your calorie intake and exercise .

Your belly pudge /The lower belly is one of those seriously frustrating body parts, and it’s not even an entire body part, it’s part of a body part – the lower bit of your tummy . You need to control your calorie intake and exercise .And if it does not work then your hormones, your age, and other genetic factors may be the reason .
You must have tried many workouts to achieve your goal and may be , you have not chosen the right one . Crunches don't help in this .

I would like to suggest you to do functional exercises that use the muscles in your core—abdominals, back, pelvic, obliques—as well as other body parts.
These exercises , as below , use more muscles, so there is a higher chance of getting into shape . Do any workout till you feel pain , Stop and again take deep breath and excel .
Take balanced diet including all essential nutrients in natural form - fiber fresh fruit ,veges ,ginger, garilc ,amla ,Aloe vera juice , lemon juice , a spoon of turmeric powder + Almond oil with a cup of hot milk at bed time help stay healthy .
And proper blood circulation ,do exercise accotding to you capacity , back bending & front bending , brisk walking ,yoga , Pranayam - deep breething . Inhale -hold 2 seconds - Exhale - hold 2 seconds . Repeat 10 - 15 times .
Tummy out , when you inhale , tummy in, when you exhale , tighten your core, contracting your muscles all the way up from the pubic bone .
Dhanurasan , Vajjarassan , ushtrasan , bhujjangasan , makkarasan , cycling ,suryanamaskar , ,Kapalbhatti , sit ups ,toe touching , shaking all help reduce fat from belly , help stay healthy by boosting your immunity against diseases .
Don't forget to relax in between 1or 2 potures . and follow corpse posture (Shavasan) in the end of the session for 5 minutes .
Do ,preferably under the guidance of trained guide .

Regarding kyphosis , I would like to know your age ,height as you said ,you are having this since your KG . it can easily be corrected in tender age .

kyphosis are seen in infants or teens due to malformation of the spine or wedging of the spinal bones over time .
Above regimen if followed sincerely may help maintaining a healthy body weight and regular physical activity and will help prevent back pain and relieve back symptoms from Kyphosis..
Avoid fried fast foods too much of sugar, tea, coffee ,alcohol , smoking ,stress ,constipation , sleeplessness ,dehyderation
