Hi,I am Neethu Vipin (Dietitian & Nutritionist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My husband is 70 and overweight. He had a Ruptured Anchilled Tendon with surgery. He was down for about 3 months. He had to quit work. There are days when he says he feels so bad and can't describe the feeling. Went to doctors and they tweeked his meds. Still the same. He sits it front of TV, on Computer or he is reading. Not much activity other than a few outtings with friends. What is your take on his situationa and what to do. Thanks, Kayron
