Suggest Ways To Deal With Behavior Of Child

my 4yr old son does not like to write,not interacting with other childrens (even for playing).now 6months completed in school.he is very active at home for playing toys operating computer,tab,mob etc..if we get angry with him for any reason , he never listen to us and self torchering by itching hardly on his body untill blood comes (he is allergic to milk and milk product) how can we deal with these type of children to lead them in the correct track?

I can understand your concerns.
In my opinion you should have predetermined rules for him as to what consequences he will face if he does not do as you say. Then even if he scratches himself then also you should be firm. I would also suggest you get his sensory profile done so that if sensory integration is required then it can be started.
