Hi Sir,I am married in 2013 and after 1 year we plan for child.we tried for 3 months nothing happen so we consult doctor report my wife was normal but problem in my report.I have done semen analysis where found no living and dead cell of spermatozoa.FSH reading came on little bit higher side.I.e 17.77 Is it possible to become a father.Is their any solution for no living or dead spermatozoa.

Your report returned no living or dead spermatozoa? Which means aspermatozoa. This is bad news I am afraid. Although if I were your doctor I would recommend a few more investigations, ultrasound investigation, etc.

But from the provided information, your case is indeed complicated and prognosis for fathering a child is bleak to non-existant.

If this is not complete azoospermia then chances of conception would be fairly enough, you have not given the exact semen analysis report here else this would be easy to comment, semen analysis need to be done with abstinent period of 15 days or more to get the right result, your further query would be appreciated, take care.
