General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

If you are concerned about a potential heart or lung problem then you need to consider seeing your general practitioner, he or she would be able to do a general assessment and also do initial tests such as an ECG or chest Xray.

If there is anything abnormal on examination or initial tests then he or she can refer you to a specialist.

If there are no abnormalities then you can continue with your exercises increasing the time and intensity slowly till your endurance increases.

I hope this helps
