Suggest Ways To Lose Weight

My height is 167 cms weight is 110 kgs age 47 yrs . I am having sugar ,my self controling in food. No medicine have been consumed now .no loss in my weight . I am eating sweets normally. My sugar level measures below110 and after food below 200 .urine going normally. Kindly explain mewhat type of diabetes influence me.

There are many causes of overweight such as increased food consumption without increasing physical activity, high junk food, Cushing’s syndrome, and hypothyroidism. There are many more uncommon causes.
Advice
1.     Start work out. Start with a balanced mix of cardio, weight training and flexibility exercises
2.     Avoid eating high energy foods such as sweets, cakes, chocolates, chips etc.
3.     Avoid alcohol and smoking
4.     Increase consumption of high fiber diet such as wheat bread, dry date, vegetables etc
5.     Drink 3 – 4 liters of water daily
6.     Chew the food properly to make it easily digestible
7.     Avoid excess intake tea and coffee after meal
8.     Divide your meals into smaller portions and eat them frequently during the day
9.     Avoid oily & spicy food
10.     Investigation
a.      Fasting lipid profile
b.     Blood sugar (F & PP)
c.     Serum creatinine
Consult a diabetologist for proper management of your diabetes
