General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to HCM.

Pain is not uncommon after hip dislocation and its screw-plating surgery.

You can take over the counter pain killers (diclofenac 100 mg or paracetamol 500 mg) for symptomatic relief or I am sure your doctor must have also prescribed the same.

And consult your operating orthopedic surgeon who may examine the hip area and may order X-ray scan and come to a certain conclusion if there is any need of operating it further or to go by conservative means.

Regards,
