General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Consult a psychiatrist and get evaluated.
Anti anxiety drugs like Clonazepam may be required as a first line treatment. Avoid unwanted stress and anxiety. Relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation can be helpful.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
