Hi,

The symptoms you are experiencing could be caused by several conditions, including acid reflux, peptic ulcers, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), gallbladder disease, or other gastrointestinal issues. Light-colored stools can be an indication of a problem with the liver or bile ducts.

While taking Nexium and Tums can help with acid reflux symptoms, it may not address the underlying cause of your symptoms. I would recommend making an appointment with a gastroenterologist or a healthcare professional who can evaluate your symptoms more thoroughly and perform any necessary tests. Some tests that may be recommended include stool analysis, blood tests, endoscopy, colonoscopy, or imaging tests. These tests can help diagnose the cause of your symptoms and guide appropriate treatment.

In the meantime, you can try some lifestyle modifications that may help alleviate your symptoms, such as avoiding foods that trigger symptoms, eating smaller meals, avoiding late-night meals, staying hydrated, and managing stress levels. It is important to seek medical attention if your symptoms worsen or persist despite treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
