Understanding your concern. As per your query you have habbit of masturbation which is a health phenomenon and complete normal process and cannot be stopped immediately. Need not to worry. It is due to high level of testosterone in body. Yes excess of it may cause problems at times. I would suggest you to gradually phase it out by decreasing the frequency and divert your attention from it and its thoughts. You can visit psychiatrist and get counselling done as it will benefit you. Avoid taking any medication. You can engage yourself by keeping focus on your work, studies and outdoor activities and and avoid watching porn movies.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
