How are you?
Please do very light breakfast in the mornind.
Take milk, tea or soups only.
Avoid very heavy lunch.
Take very small frequent meals.
Dont sleep after lunch or dinner and do some walk.
Do heavy exrcise like swimming or cycling.
Do yoga and meditation.
Take fresh fruits, juices more.
Take protein rich diet.
Also consult your gym trainer.
