Suggest Ways To Regularize Bowel Movements In The Mornings
i am 31 year male. my motion problem is going normal motion 3 to 4 times in a day. early in the morning and after break fast then two times times in the evening after having tea or snacks. i mean it become reagular three or four times a day. how i get clear motion early in the morning
You may be suffering from irritable bowel syndrome or infection or food intolerance or malobsorption syndromes etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
Avoid spicy food and caffeinated drinks. Avoid gluten and lactose contain food. Use tablet Normaxin twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly. Take care.
