Risk factors for ED are hypertension, coronary artery disease, peripheral vasculopathy, obesity, diabetes, dyslipidemia, metabolic syndrome, lack of exercise, chronic conditions such as chronic renal failure, nicotine chewing and smoking. Tazzle contains tadalafil. You have not mentioned your age and other co-morbidity if any. The management of erectile dysfunction begins with the identification of organic co-morbidities and psychosexual dysfunctions. Other treatment options are also available, but tadalafil is the first line of treatment. Other treatments are used in those who are not tolerating tadalafil or when it is contraindicated. Also tadalafil is not a habit forming medicine and you are tolerating it well. You are performing well using tadalafil. Natural treatment options are few. Try with following:
Advice
1.     Capsule Revital – one capsule daily for 1 month. It contains ginseng and zinc which might help in ED
2.     Avoid smoking and alcohol
3.     Exercise in gym at least for ½ an hour in a day
4.     Lose weight if you are overweight by changing food habits. Avoid junk and high energy foods such as chocolate, cake etc
5.     Investigations – blood sugar (F & PP), lipid profile, measurement of blood pressure, and Hb%
Thanks
