Suggest Ways To Wean Off Zolfresh

I hv been taking zapiz 0.5 for many yrs for sleep now zolfresh 10mg for last 3-4 months. Now I want to stop it. I also had Tibia fracture & rod implant 6 months ago with 4 months bed rest. Now I am always stressed with heavy head n neg.thoughts. Any advise? Also How to reverse any side effects of zapiz/zolfresh

I am so sorry to hear about this accident and fracture you suffered. To get off this drug, you would need to reduce the dose slowly so as to avoid withdrawal symptoms. I will also like that you talk with your doctor and get his Okay before going off this medication. Weaning off should be done over a 3-4weeks period with close observation for any withdrawal symptoms and prompt management.
