Suggest Whether She Has Hyperactivity Because Of Adamancy

hi

im having a female kid of age 3. shes very adamant and dont have fear for the place where she is. she reached her milestones at correct age. she can say ABCD..., 123, colours, shapes... nowadays becoming so adament for all things. if we say things very calm she listens and act to that. sometimes if we are in hurry or in tension and shouts at her she shows her adamancy to the peak. also, she replaces her slippers to the slipper stand all the times without missing. also washes her hands after coming from toilets. if we forget she started telling conitinuously "i want to wash my hand...." till washing her hand. the things at home used by one person should not touch by others, towel, comb... kindly suggest whether she have any hyperactivity.

Hi, Thanks for asking. In my opinion your child seems to have obsessive behaviour rather than hyperactivity. Adamant behaviour at this age is is due to emerging independence. It will be a good idea to tell her things calmly but firmly.
I would like to know if she has speech delay or not and how are her social skills.
I hope I have helped you.
Thank You.
