Suggestion Of Diet To Become Healthy And Normal Body

Sir, i am too thin sir and my age is 16 year approx,, sir i want to be a healthy and normal and also fat . Sir please advice me the fat nutritions to eat so that i become body builder. Sir i want to say that i have no problem that i m thin but girls use to neglect me, so i want to become healthy,

Hi welcome to healthcare magic forum,
See to remain healthy fit and fine I will give you some tips:-
1.Early to bed and early to rise still stands good.
2.Eat balanced diet, healthy food like green leafy vegetables, avoid junk food, salads,roots,juice,milk,nuts,eggs,fruits,etc.
3.One should avoid alcohol,cigarette,narcotic substances.
4.Daily Exercise or yoga/meditation for 20-30 minutes.
5.Drink plenty of fresh water.
I hope this much will keep you fit if you don't have any other illness.
