Surgeries Done After Ankle Got Crushed. Mscon Not Very Effective Now. Any Other Option Other Than Amputation?

I had my rt ankle crushed in a car wreck,six surgeries,two non- unions ,broken screws,.now I'm fighting a wheelchair.
Med is 60 mg mscon,working for five years,now he's suggesting behavioral health? I see a shrink already,am fine,not depressed,just disgusted with these god type guys. What to do? Next step is amputation. Help me in RI
