Hi, I have a male friend & who has swelling above the right side of pubic bone. I am his new girlfriend & have just started to have sex. It has been 6 weeks since we met & no sex. He has been excited & has had a lot of pre-ejuaculation fluid. He had full organsm today & now has swelling & feels glandular. Bulbourethral Gland?

Hi, welcome to Health care magic forum.
Your boy friend has a swelling above the pubic bone on right side, after orgasm.
It appears to be the hernia into the abdominal wall. If i am right it will go away after some rest.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis . For which he may need to have M.R.I.
