Swelling After Bug Bite With Migraines

My girlfriend was just walking and got bit on by a small red spider the size of a needle point. At first it just looked like a red spider mite, which are harmless. However, then my girlfriend began feeling swelling around the bite, and we noticed some redness. It s been a few hours and her hand is now numb, and she feels prickling pain all up her right arm. She says her right eye feels warm, and she has small migrains.
