Swelling And Bruising On The Forehead After Being Hit. Have Vertigo. Are These Related?

I was hit in the front right forehead it swelled also had bruising. In area closer to hairline had some small lumps that were very tender to the touch. But the part that I'm wondering about is my temple on rightside was too tender to even touch. Then 3 days later I got vertigo so bad laying down was the only way to get slight relief. Is the temple and vertigo related?
