Swelling And Leakage After Intercourse Or Masturbation. What To Do?

Beween scrotum and anus , there develped an opening, the track is going up to somewhere but not into scrotum. Feel a hard track goes up.. I dont feel it opens near to anus, but feel somewhere on the upper inside. Not that much painful. Please suggest a to do what. swelling and leaking increases next day after intercourse or masterbation.

I believe this is a perianal fistula which would require surgical repair. Kindly consult a surgeon at the earliest to be provided with proper management. Fistula's can be repaired with a very simple procedure.

But, the course of treatment will only be decided by the surgeon attending to you after an examination.
