Swelling, Bruising On Foot After Twisting Foot While Skateboarding. Solution?

hi i hurt my foot a few days ago, i can put pressure on it but as soon as i injured it it started swelling and the next two days it started bruising on the foot i hurt my foot skateboarding on about a 10 ft ramp when i was at the top i felt the skateboard shaking a bit so i got off it and i felt my foot twisting or something like that in the middle of the foot

The appearance of a bruise and an extreme pain on weight bearing is likely to be due to a bone injury in the area. You need to get an X-ray of the area done for exact diagnosis. Avoid weight bearing and keep the foot elevated till then.
