Swelling, Foot Pain On Walking Post A Fall, Eases On Wearing Strong Shoes. Fracture Signs?

I fell down slipped and fell side ways. The top of my left foot has been hurting as I walk, I do exercise an ddo the trimwheel for an hour a day, it feel better when I use strong tennis shoes, but after that , if in sandals the pain continuos . I am walking with a limp, do I have a fracture , it is barely swollen and it is niot red.

It can be a hairline fracture . I want to suggest you to get x ray of the foot . That will tell us about the severity of the lesion. If there is any hair line fracture then it will be better to apply cast. Hairline fracture take more time in healing. I would also suggest you to take calcium and vitamin D3 tablet.
