Swelling In Buttocks After Injecting Testosterone And Nandrolone. Painful, Redness, Hot. What Is It?

I injected myself following drs. Orders with 1ml of testosterone and 1 of nandrolone in my right buttocks last Sunday as I do weekly. This week on Tuesday my buttocks started to swell as if I had a muscle cramp the size of a three golf balls. I tried to Gretchen it out and now it is very painful, hot, red and the size of 3/4 of my buttock and wrapping around and engulfing my hip and hip ball joint. It is painful at all times and seems to continue to get worse..

What do you think it is and what can I do to bring it under control. It is hard, red, hot, spreading and now scaring me.. I'm 6'1" 220 pounds.
Help please.

Hi.
It seems that due to injection material instead of given deep intramascular might have gone superficial in soft tissue given this problem.
Due to this there might be irritation in the tissue.
There might be due to some hematoma formation due to prick.
Apply Thrombophob cream locally.
Apply ice pack for 10 minutes 2-3 times a day.
If require go for one antibiotic medicine course after consulting your doctor.
If possible take injection from your doctor.
Take these injections separately instead of mixing both.

Hi, thanks for writing to HCM.
From the description, it seems that you have developed an ABSCESS in the gluteal region.

There is no role for self medication in this condition as the abscess in considerably big ( as per your description ). At the most you can apply intermittant hot fomentation.

Propably , it may need surgical drainage.

Consult a general surgeon without any delay and follow his advice.
