Swelling In Cheek After Falling Down. Will This Go Naturally?

my child fell on corner of telly stand and his cheek is swollen in front of his ear still
its not that noticeable but feels hard and is slightly wider than the other side
it happened 4 days ago but only noticed yesterday, its not painful to touch, just wondering will it go down to
