Swelling In Cheek, Swollen Salivary Glands

the right side of my cheek is swollen. It is not painful. I am being told that they think that it is swollen salva gland thatmught have stones and tha I need to suck on Lemon drops. Is there anything else I can do to help the swelling go down faster?

Yes diagnosis and treatment told appears to be ok.
Hot fomentation may help.
If is not relived with lemon drops , then ENT surgeon may look out to remove the stone by surgical method.
