Swelling In Feet, Ankle And Lower Legs, Constipation. Hypertension Patient, On S-NUMLO 2.5, Angizem DP, Ecospirin 75. Reasons ?

I am a hypertension patient for the last 10 years and taking medicine prescribed periodically. At present, I am taking S-NUMLO 2.5 mg tab, Angizem DP 120 mg and Ecospirin 75 mg, everyday, as prescribed by the Doctor for the last 6 months. I am getting swelling in my feet , ankle and lower legs, besides experiencing constipation .

while sleeping legs shd be in raised position
some anti hypertensive drugs are known to cause this kind of swelling
also kindly do a renal function test to rule out kidney disease
