Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,

The urine test reveals presence of pus cells 8-10/hpf, bacteria, and calcium oxalate crystals 2-3/hpf.
There is a bacterial infection in the urinary tract.
The next step is to get a mid steam urine sample and get a culture sensitivity.
This test will isolate the bacteria and drug sensitivity will identify the most appropriate antibiotic for the infection.

Primary glomerular diseases (glomeruli are component of kidney) can lead to swelling of the eyelids.
However, the swelling is bilateral and it is accompanied by edema, proteinuria, and hyperlipidemia.
Unilateral swelling is most probably due to local causes like insect bite or trauma.

Thanks and take care

hi
thanks for your query
i can feel your concerns
urine test is indicative of bacterial infection.
i advise you to have a cuture and sensitivity of urine and then give her a course of antibiotic according to that report
give her lot of fluids and water
you can give citralka after consulting your doctor
be careful while washing her.wash her private area from front to back
swelling in one eye was most probably due to insect bite which has now subside
wishing her good health
