Swelling In Right Ear Spreading To Neck, Sore And Itchy Right Eye, Fatigue. Possible Infection?

Hi Dr Grief,
I have swelling in front of my right ear that has now gone down into my neck on the right side. Also my right eye is sore and itchy. I have no infection in my right ear and my dental situation is good. I am also extremely fatigued and am unable to achieve restorative sleep. Feeling quite unwell as swelling is becoming worse daily.
Do you think I have a virus or bacterial infection? Many thanks for your time.
