Swelling Of Abdomen, Feeling Of Movement, High Blood Sugar, Green Vomit And Loose Stools
I am a 31 year old type one diabetic, with hypotyriodism, gastropariesis, and moderate nueropathy. For the last two weeks I have been expriencing swelling , distention in the middle of my abdomen above the navel and below the ribs. In particular on my ride I have been felling movemnet like a snake swimming around in there and a bulge. I have been having very high blood sugars, accompained by green vomit and green loose stool movments the last two days. Should I be concerned?
As far as the abdomen symptoms are a concern it seems to be an allergic condition or the viral infection. But it is the minimal chances that both the conditions exist. Uncontrolled diabetes may cause such symptoms so it has to be taken great care. Blood sugar level has to be maintained on a tight rule basis. Dyspepsia could be another reason for your vague abdomen symptoms. It may not be a matter of concern but condition should not last a long time.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Husain, General & Family Physician
