The signs and symptoms you are facing is that of acid peptic disease. Here are my suggestions to you
1. Tab Pantoprazole with domperidone to be taken once a day in the mornings before food daily for 15 days 2. Avoid milk, milk products, caffeine, smoking and alcohol 3. Eat smaller meals, 5 times a day than large meals 3 times a day 4. Avoid fizzy drinks 5. If the problem still persists I strongly suggest you to get a Upper GI endoscopy done after consulting a gastro enterologist
I hope I was of help
Regards
