Hello

Thanks for the query

The signs and symptoms you are facing is that of acid peptic disease. Here are my suggestions to you

1. Tab Pantoprazole with domperidone to be taken once a day in the mornings before food daily for 15 days
2. Avoid milk, milk products, caffeine, smoking and alcohol
3. Eat smaller meals, 5 times a day than large meals 3 times a day
4. Avoid fizzy drinks
5. If the problem still persists I strongly suggest you to get a Upper GI endoscopy done after consulting a gastro enterologist

I hope I was of help

Regards
