Swelling On Perineum, Tender, Occasionally Itchy, Blood Squeezed Out. Suggestions?

Hi I have a persistent swelling on my perineum I am male 33 years old, not sexually active for awhile, overweight, and this swelling is tender to the touch, but otherwise not painful. It sometimes itches, and on an every two day basis I am able to squeeze copious amounts of blood out of it. Sometimes it is blood and pus, other times just blood, but it is a popping sensation and a handful of blood squirts out. Do you have any ideas what this may be? I have had it for at least 2 months now.

Fromyour history it seems that you are having Fistula-in-ano.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
After diagnosis, plan of treatment can be decided.
