Swelling Over Thigh After Being Hit Massively, Used Hot Pad. What Else Can Be Done?

Just watch for your movements of leg by putting weight on it.If it is OK then there were least chances of fracture.
The soft tissue swelling is more reduced by applying cold sponging as it will arrest inside bleeding.
Take anti inflammatory medicine.
Put a pillow beneath your leg so that no blood collected at your foot.
If you gets increase in swelling size contact your doctor.
