a heavy object fell on my forehead . i got swelling on my forehead.i had a n xray done. sghe said nothing only edema . new i find a swelling on my forehead and pain on my right side of the head. the heavy glass sfell on my right forehead. iam very tensed,but no symptoms like vomiting or dizziness . absolutely fine. pls help. the incident took place 10 days back. thanks mona
The very fact you said there is oedema makes everyone lift their eye brows and it's bothering too - In the natural course of the type of the injury, this must not happen to have edema of brain; first you need to define where's the edema ? isn't cerebral or local edema? if it's local, it's a part of inflammatory response only which you don't need to bother at all- make sure you don't ave any fracture of your skull bone. cerebral edema can be diagnosed only by neuro-imaging.
