Swimmer, Feels Tired And Difficulty In Swimming During Periods. What Should Be Done To Get More Energy?

I am a female swimmer and I compete all year round. When I am on my period I get really tired and tend to not swim so well. I need more energy to swim on my period because I feel so tired and fatigued. What can I do to get energy back, besides a good diet and exercise? believe me, I am a swimmer and I get enough exercise and I eat right.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
It is better to have rest in period at least in starting days, I would advise you to get done your Hemoglobin test, instead of looking for any energy drink, hope you understand , have nice day.
