Swollen And Itchy Arch, No Pain, Redness, Warmth. Feels Like Walking On Padding

The bottom of my foot where my arch is is swollen and itches but there is no pain. It feels like I m walking on padding. Sometimes I have that sensation below my toes at the top of my foot but still on the bottom of my foot ... feels like I m walking on a bubble? This is the first time I have noticed it itching and red and I think it feels a little warm????

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
It seems that you have high arched foot. This can seem like a padding below your foot and causes an early fatigue. You can use appropriate shoe inserts and a soft sole shoe of appropriate size to reduce the problem.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
