Swollen And Red Foot, Calf, Shin After Hitting Foot. Applied Ice, No Improvement. Should I Meet Doctor?

As I was jogging into the kitchen I lost my balance and hit my foot while trying to steady myself so I wouldn't fall. Ever since the top of my foot is swollen and red. My calf and shin are also swollen. I applied ice to my foot last night and it went down some, but it is swollen again today. Should I see a doctor about this?

Greetings of the day
Welcome to HCM

Apart from application of ice, Kindly take a anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen three times a day. If there is more swelling, movements are restricted or there is any deformity it will require assessment by your physician to rule out underlying fracture.
Wishing you a healthy life

Take care
