Swollen Ankles, Painful. Drained Fluid From Knee. What To Do?

I have swollen ankles and my ankle bone has disapeared. Also I can little tiny bones or lumps around my feet around the ankle area and over the front arch of my feet
My feet feel very tight and painful also my knees are hurting me my right knee was so swollen last week, it felt like I was dragging a log I went to my gp and he said it was water on the knee and drain some guild of it a week later the other one has started to swell up I am finding it hard to walk now and need some advice of what to that you esso

I have studied your case.

This shows some systemic illness , your multiple joints are getting synovitis
you need to do blood investigation for arthritic and infective causes

YOU need to consult orthopaedic surgeon for clinical examination and reqired investigation
It can be rheumatoid arthritis , or infective arthritis

If needed you will need MRI OF JOINT
