Swollen Anus, Unable To Pass Stools Without Laxatives, Mucus In Stools, Itchy, Burning Rectum. No Help From Hemorrhoid Creams. Help

I'm 21 and female and I've had a problem for a while but have no money to go see a doctor. I have a swollen anus and I've used several hemroid creams but nothing works. I also cannot go to the bathroom without laxatives. I have a lot of mucus in my stool. lately, my rectum has been itchy and burning but it may be from sweat.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having infected hemorrhoids giving rise to this problem.
In this situation I advice my patients one antibiotic and anti inflammatory medicine courses.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
Avoid constipation.
Take laxative daily at night.
Take more fiber containing diet.
Take plenty of water.
Do abdominal muscles exercise daily.
Ok and take care.
