Yes. Since a good friend has been on Coumadin she has swollen black legs and feet, itchy skin and confusion. Could this be a side effect and how would we know without her going off of it. She had blood clots in lungs and legs is why they put her on it several yrs ago. She has went down hill since. She is 78
