Swollen Foreskin Towards The Tip Of Penis, Itchy, Some Small White Spots. Treatment ?

Hi, I'm a 31 yr old male 6'3 312IBS recently I notice my foreskin is swollen towards the tip of my penis and at times itchy I have no problem using the bathroom. I notice some small bumps and some with white spots on them. I do have poison ivy on my legs and arms currently not sure if I got poison ivy on my penis or is its something else.

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have what is called as Muco cutaneous genital candidiasis.

As this is common in diabetic persons Please get your blood sugar levels on empty stomach and post lunch done to rule out Diabetes.

Please take anti fungal medication like Fluconozole orally and topical fluconozole jelly for local application twice daily.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to observe proper personal hygiene by cleaning the genitals with warm water twice daily.
It should get cured within a week.
