Swollen Glands, Dizziness, Vomiting And Diarrhea. Will Dialoryte Help?

My son is on holiday in Egypt and has become ill. His symptoms are swollen glands, dizziness, vomiting and diahorrea. I have advised him to see a doctor as soon as possible. Should he take dialoryte if he can manage to get some until he see the doctor?
