Swollen Hands, After Hill Walk. Undergone Total Hysterectomy. Suggestions?
Hi, I went for a hill walk today, it took 4 hours in all, I have not done this in years but on the way back I noticed my hands were really swollen.
I am female, 53 yrs old, I had a total hysterectomy in April this year but it went really well.
I walk to work regularly every day for an hour and I swim 2 miles regularly too.
The swelling went down within the hour.

The swelling of your hand and the Hysterectomy is nothing to take with each other the swelling of hand could be due the disturbances in returning of blood, and it does not cause any harm, if it subsided soon, or does not happened on and often, take care and have nice day.
