Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
hallo dear friend
i hv studied your case
there is internal injury to your index finger
had you done x ray , in past and ruled out any fracture
there might be collection of hematoma and fibrosis leading to restriction of movement and pain on movement
if there in no fracture you need physiotherapy to improve range of motion
you need clinical evaluation for checking integrity of ligaments
avoid lifting weight
take some analgesic , hot or cold fomentation
for further query contact drvaibhavg@yahoo.com
