Swollen Left Labium Minor.

I have a swollen left labium minor. I ve not been sexually active for 10 months now so prayerfully it s not a result of that. I m recovering from a bad sinus infection and still somewhat congested. I was given anitbiotics that I m still taking. What could be the problem?

The most probable diagnosis could be sepsis. Look for signs of redness and tenderness over the swollen part. If present get blood sugar levels done.
