Swollen Lymph Nodes Under Chin, Shortness Of Breath, Sore Throat, Pressure In Neck, Head. Endoscopy Shows Hiatal Hernia
I have had swollen lymph nodes under my chin for a couple of weeks. other symptoms I'm experiencing include; shortness of breath, soar throat, pressure in my neck and head. I have acide reflux and a hiatal hernia. chest xray is normal. I've recently had and endoscopy and that's how i found out about Hiatal hernia. I'm concerned about the swollen nodes. Also, complete blood work up was done and everyhting is normal, except mu TSH level was 5.9....

Initially you may wait and watch and see if lymph nodes regress in size on its own which is expected in the recovery period of sore throat If lymph nodes do not regress on there own then you may need to undergo test for tuberculosis and lymph node biopsy TSH level is in borderline so you may repeat it after few months
