HI
Thank for asking to HCM
This could be induration might due to prick of injection and the formation of abscess can not be ruled out you wont be able to see the pus this takes little more to formed more over is dip seated formation and easy to detect some time it need aspiration to get it confirm, I would advise you to handle it with NSAID only do not take any antibiotic otherwise this will turn into the antibioma which may be difficult to treat, have nice day.
