Swollen Spot On Spine, No Pain. Had Head Injury. Could These Be Related?

i have a small swollen spot a little lower than the middle of my spine, there is no pain and i noticed because my mom pointed it out to me. i m 18, 6 ft tall, 130 lbs no medical history, but i injured my head around the time it was noticed. nothing severe just a cut on my forehead . Could these be related? if so what do i do? if they arent related, what could be wrong with my back?

no i don't see any relation with your accident and the lump on the back.
it may be fat tissue, you may show it to dermatologist .
